1. How can I become a member?

2. How can I place bet?

You can place your bet with us via our website on the Internet and in accordance to our rules and regulations stated.

3. When can I place bet?

You can place your bet with us anytime; 24 hours per day on each 365 days all year round.

4. What is the minimum and maximum bet amount?

The minimum and maximum varies for different users and different matches. You will see the acceptable bet range in the place bet panel.

5. How do I deposit money into my Account?

We offer different methods for depositing money into your account. You may contact our Customer Service for further assistance.

6. What does each bet type mean?

7. Can I cancel my bet?

You cannot cancel a bet once it has been accepted by system. If you suspect any problem, please contact our customer service immediately.

8. How do I collect my winning payout?

Your winning payout will be sent to you electronically via your nominated bank account.

9. What if I cannot login?

If you are certain that you cannot login using the correct username and password, your account may be suspended for various reasons. Please contact our customer service to resolve the issue.

10. What if I forgotten my password?

If forget your username or password, please contact our customer service for assistance.

11. Can I login my account from multiple location?

As long as you have internet access, you can login to your account from anywhere. But please be reminded that you are not permitted to login simultaneously using the same account.

  • Log into your 28BET account, then fill in the form with the amount of money (within the amount allowed) you want to withdraw and submit. We will transfer the amount of money to your account in 5 minutes according to the bank information you filled in when you registered. To avoid any unnecessary trouble please make sure the accuracy of the information you provide.
  • iv) General Rule

    1. Trade In feature is only available on those matches with Trade In indicator.

    2. Trade In feature is only available during In-Play for valid confirmed unexpired bet tickets. Bets placed during Pre-Match will have to wait until the match goes to In-Play kick off status before the “Sell” button and “Price” appears.

    3. Trade In feature is offered for full selling of an entire bet and any form of partial selling (max. 5 times).

    4. Members shall not be entitled to cancel a Bet Ticket that has been accepted through the Trade In system.

    5. The Company will credit the Member’s account as soon as feasible after the Bet Ticket has been successfully sold through the Trade In system (i.e. after the Company has processed valid Trade In notification that the Member’s ticket has successfully been sold).

    6. After a Bet Ticket has been sold via Trade In, the Bet Ticket’s ownership will no longer belong to the Member and the Bet Ticket’s outcome will not affect the Member’s account balance except in the case of Match, Bet Ticket or Sell Transaction cancellation.

    7. If a Bet Ticket has been sold via Trade In and Sell Transaction is cancelled by the Company because of valid reasons, the selling price of the Bet Ticket will be deducted by the Company from the Member’s balance account, and the Bet Ticket’s ownership will revert back to the Member.

    8. Members can re-sell Bet Tickets again if the previous Bet Ticket was not sold successfully.

    9. If a Bet Ticket has been sold via Trade In and the match or Bet Ticket is cancelled, the selling price of the Bet Ticket will be deducted from the Member’s account balance, and stake amount will be returned by the Company to the Member.

    10. If a Bet Ticket has been sold via Trade In and the Match, Bet Ticket or Sell Transaction is previously cancelled and then un-cancelled for any reason (for example, but not limited to, data entry error by the Company), initial stake amount will be deducted by the Company from the End User’s balance account and the selling price of the ticket which was sold earlier will be added back by the Company to the Member’s account.

    11. The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to open/close Trade In feature of that match or to cancel/reject any Bet Tickets sold by a Member via Trade In feature.

    Trade In FAQ

    1.What is Trade In?

    Trade In is a new feature that allows players to sell their bet in order to guarantee their profits or limit their losses, at any point in the game.

    2.What will I see on my bet slip if my bet is eligible for Trade In feature?

    You will see a “Sell” button and “Price” appear on your bet slip after the game starts.

    3.How does Trade in work?

    Please see below.

    1.Look for any game with Trade In icon

    2.Place a bet on the game.

    *Any bets placed Pre-match will not show the “Sell” button until the match starts. Trade In feature is only available when matches are in running mode.

    3.Once the game starts, “Sell” button with the offer price will appear on the bet slip.If you agree to sell your bet at the indicated price, click the “Sell” button.

    4.A confirmation box will appear. Proceed to sell your bet by clicking the “Yes” button.

    5.Your sell transaction is now “Processing”.

    6.If you sell your entire bet at once the “Sold” status is shown on your bet slip, the transaction has been successfully completed. Check your balance now, the sell price is already added to your account.

    7.Sometimes, your bet may be rejected due to the following reasons:

    • Cancelled – goal, Red card, etc.
    • Not available

    If this happens, simply click the “OK” button and a new price will be offered if Trade In feature is still available.

    4.On what sports is the Trade In feature available?

    The Trade In feature is currently only available for soccer games.

    5.Is the Trade In feature available in all soccer games?

    No. Not all soccer games offer the Trade In feature.

    6.How will a Member know if a soccer game offers the Trade In feature?

    The Trade In feature is available on any game that has a Trade In icon.

    7.Is the Trade In feature available in all soccer bet types?

    No. The Trade In feature is currently available for (HDP, OU, 1X2) and maybe other bet types in future.

    8.If my bet is placed before a game starts, is the bet eligible for Trade In feature?

    Yes. The Trade In feature will appear on your bet slip after the game starts, regardless of whether your bets are from today or early market.

    9.If my bet is placed during the game, is the bet eligible for Trade In feature?

    Yes. The Trade In feature will appear on your bet slip after your bet is confirmed.

    10.When can I sell my bet?

    You can sell your bet at any point in the game as long as the Trade In feature is still available.

    11.Does the Trade In feature offer full selling of entire bet and partial selling?

    Yes, you can sell your entire bet at once or sell partially.

    12.Does the Trade In feature have a limit on partial selling?

    Yes, max 5 times partial selling.

    13.If my bet is partially sold, what will be the next indicated price offered?

    If your bet is partially accepted then we will offer you a new indicated price based on your revised position and the current prices in the market

    How does partial selling work?

    1.An entire bet on the game.

    2.Place your partial selling amount.

    3. Get your indicated price based on your partial selling amount.

    4.If you agree to partial sell your bet at the indicated price, click the “Sell“ button.

    5.A confirmation box will appear . Proceed to partial sell your bet by clicking the “YES” button.

    6.Your partial sell transaction is now “Processing “.

    7.By clicking (Trade In Detail) , if the “ Sold “ status is shown on your bet slip detail , the partial sell transaction has been successfully completed .

    8.If your bet is partially accepted then we will offer you a new indicated price based on your remaining amount of your entire bet if the Trade In feature is still available.

    14.Sometimes, the Trade In feature doesn’t appear on my bet slip even if the Trade In icon is displayed on the game.

    It might be due to the following reasons:

    1.The bet type of your bet is not eligible for the Trade In feature.
    2.Your bet is temporarily or permanently not eligible for the Trade In feature.

    15.Why does the Trade In icon sometimes suddenly disappear from the game?

    It may be because the Trade In feature is temporary unavailable for the game.

    16.Why does the Trade In feature sometimes suddenly disappear from my bet slip?

    It might be due to the following reasons:

    1.Goal or Red Card.
    2.Your bet is temporarily or permanently not eligible for Trade In feature.
    3.Trade In feature is temporarily unavailable in this game. If this happens, the Trade In icon will disappear simultaneously from the running game display.

    17.How will I know if the offered price is updating on my bet slip?

    The offered price will be blinking in green when the price changes.

    18.What will happen if I sell my bet whilst the price is changing?

    Your sell transaction will not be successful and a “Sell value changed, please check again” notification will shown on your screen. If this happens, simply click the “OK” button and a new price will be offered if Trade In feature is still available.

    19.Are there any chances that my sell transaction will be cancelled while it’s in progress?

    Yes. It will be cancelled if there is a Goal/Red Card score.

    20.Can I re-sell my bet again if the bet previously was not sold successfully?

    Yes. Simply click the “OK” button and a new price will be offered if Trade In feature is still available. You may now attempt to sell your bet again if you agree to sell your bet at the new price.

    21.How will I know if my sell transaction is successful?

    Transaction is successfully completed if the “Sold” status is shown on your bet slip.

    22.Is the money added to my account instantly after my bet is sold successfully?

    Yes.

    23.How will I know if the money is already added into my account balance?

    You may refer to the transaction status in Bet list/Statement.
    If the status is “Sold”, it means that the money has already been added into your balance.

    24.What should I do if my account balance is not updated to show the added credit after my transaction is sold successfully?

    Please contact our Customer Service and provide the bet ID to us.

    25.What will happen to my sold bet after settlement?

    After a bet ticket is sold, the Bet Ticket’s ownership will no longer belong to the Member. Therefore, after the bet settlement, the Bet Ticket’s outcome will not affect the Member’s account balance except in the case of one of the following scenarios:

    1.Sell Transaction cancellation – if this happens, selling price of the Bet Ticket will be deducted from the Member’s balance account, and the Bet Ticket’s ownership will revert back to the Member.
    2.Match or Bet Ticket cancellation – if this happens, selling price of the Bet Ticket will be deducted by the Company from the Member’s balance account and stake amount will be returned to the Member.

    26.How do I check the return amount of my sold ticket?

    You may refer to the “WIN LOSE” column in Bet list record/Statement.
    *Your Trade In transaction is winning if the WIN LOSE amount is a positive value.

    *Your Trade In transaction is losing if the WIN LOSE amount is a negative value.

    27.Is Trade In feature available on Mobile?

    No, the Trade In feature is currently available on web betting only. Mobile betting will available in future.
